Dave came out and said we had defective shingles, and to call our insurance company. He met with our insurance company, and we got a new roof! I had been saving up for a new kitchen, and had been calling around for a good remodeling company. I knew a friend that had used Pro Guard for their house, so I called them. They gave me a full kitchen remodel for less than what I had saved!! I was so happy, and now I have granite, custom cabinets, and new fixtures. We had been hit by a storm a while back, and had a roofer come out and tried to get my roof covered with my insurance company. About a year later Pro Guard (Mike) had stopped by, and let us know we had damage still existing. I told him the story about how we already tried, and the insurance company wouldn’t do anything, and he asked if I would called them back. When they came back out, Mike went over all the damage with an adjuster, and they ended up finally covering my roof. We wouldn’t have even tried again if it wasn’t for Pro Guard. I had severe flooding in my walls from a water pipe busting. I called my insurance company out there to look at the damages. There was so much I didn’t realize that needed to be cleaned up, repaired, and covered by my insurance. We were looking for a new roof and siding, and had called multiple local companies. Pro Guard Roofing came out and gave us a quote for 25% less than all our other quotes. I was in the market for a new roof. I had replaced my siding about five years ago, and my roof was still looking old and didn’t match the rest of my house. I knew that Pro Guard did a lot of work in my town, so I called them up. I asked for a unique shingle. I told Mike if I was going to replace my roof, that I wanted a really nice upgrade to match the work on the rest of my home. He brought me samples of inch thick shingles called Heritage Vintage. They were a little more pricy than the regular shingles, but everyone in the neighborhood has come up to me and asked me what I put on my house. I tell them to call Pro Guard.
